    Spirit of the City:

    Dr. Metropolis is a spirit animating a body made of urban materials. As such he has certain inherent abilities:
  • Body Armor: Rm/30, His physical form is made up mostly of concrete, rocks and asphalt
  • Regeneration: In/40, he can regenerate by incorporating more urban material into himself
  • Life Support: CL 1000, not being made of organic matter he does not suffer the same limitations
  • Psi-Shield: Un/100, something unique about his make up prevents psychics from reading his mind
  • Teleformation: Rm/30, as a spirit he may discard and reform his body at another location
  • Clairvoyance: Rm/30, Dr. Metropolis is aware of everything in his city
  • Density control – full range: In/40, Metropolis may increase or decrease the density of the mater forming his body
